These terms and conditions (Sales Terms) apply when you purchase products, gift cards, and/or e-gift cards (Merchandise) directly from the store or from the Dyinem website or mobile application. When you visit our website or buy something from our website and/or our store you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

These sale terms are subject to change. We reserve the right to change terms set out in this agreement without any prior notice. It is recommended that you check these Sales terms whenever you place a new order with us. You can find the “Updated” date marked on the Terms and Conditions page,to signify the date the latest updates were effected.

Dyinem.com attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, dyinem.com does not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. If any product ordered from dyinem.com,that you receive, isn’t described as shown on dyinem.com, it can be returned unused as described in our returns policy.

    4. We reserve the right to refuseor cancel the orders you place with us. This could be due to limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location or payment issues raised from our payment gateway providers.

    1. All Dyinem products are garment dyed to give the user a unique product experience in terms of look, feel and touch. Being garment dyed, special care is required for your product. Please follow these wash care instructions for best results:

        • Wash garment inside out

        • Machine wash cold with like colors

        • Use mild detergent

        • Rinse soap thoroughly

        • Tumble dry low if needed

        • Do not sit in wet condition

        • Dry immediately after washing

        • Dry inside out

        • Avoid direct sunlight when drying

        • Do not bleach

        • Iron as needed

    1. Our pricing has been fixed after a lot of thought and we rarely change them. However, we reserve the right to change the price of our products and discontinue products at our discretion. When prices are changed or revised, this website will reflect clearly the current price of the product. Discontinued products or products sold out may no longer appear on the website.
    1. We ship to all 29 states and the 7 union territories of India.

    2. We dispatch orders between 24 to 48 hours after receive your order online or in a store.

    3. While it is our endeavor to service every order with the fullest commitment, in the event of delays, in spite of best efforts, we will notify you via email and/or SMS. If you cannot accept the delay in delivery, you may proceed to cancel your order by logging into your account on your order page. In the unlikely event that your order is un-serviceable due to reasons beyond our control, we will notify you via email and/or SMS. In both cases a full refund will be made to you via the same instrument through which you made your purchase.

    4. We offer free shipping to all customers across India on your first purchase and any subsequent fresh purchases.

    5. In case of returns however, at our discretion, for any recurrent returns after your first return, barring returns for quality issues or incorrect product delivery, we reserve the right to refund a purchase less return shipping charges.

    6. We use 3rd party shipping partners to reach product to your door step.

    7. It is our endeavor to ensure the 3rd party shipping partners are connected digitally in order to provide you with real time, accurate status of your delivery enroute to you. However, in the event for certain destinations if the shipping partner servicing your zipcode is not digitally connected, we will keep you updated manually which would mean a time lag in updates. You may reach out to our customer support team as per the details provided on the website.

    8. Such shipping charges deductions as referenced in point 3.1.e. above, are based on 3rd party shipping partner’s charges and can change from time to time. We commit to charging you the return shipping costs at actuals.

    9. All products shipped are estimated to be delivered within 2-5 working days from the time it is dispatched from our warehouse, notwithstanding any Force Majuere circumstances that maybe outside the control of our logistics partners. It would be our endeavor to keep you informed of any delays in delivery via email and or sms.

    10. Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available at this point of time

  9. Conditions of Online Purchase

      1. The returned product should be original, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamagedand in a saleable condition with its original tag and labels intact. If the product is worn/washed or has the tag/label removed, it will not qualify for returnfor refund or exchange.

    2.  Request for refund/exchange of merchandise purchased maybe initiated online within 15days of delivery/receiptof the product in quick easy steps..
    3. For REFUNDS: After logging in to your account, please proceed to the ‘ Orders’ tab. Choose the OrderIDandclick ‘REFUND’ tab. This will lead you to the order refund request form. Select the product you wish to return by clicking the check box. You can choose the subject ofrefund, fill in the reason for the return, add images if available and select the refund method.

      1. Once you fill in the details, click ‘Submit’ to send your refund request
      2. Our logistics partner will get in touch with you to fix a time for freepick-up of your return.
      3. On receipt of the returned productto our facility in re-saleable condition and the merchandise passes our QC check. Refund will be initiated within 48 hours through normal banking channel or to dyinem wallet depending on therefund method chosen.
      4. Once we process your refund, you will receive an email notification regarding your merchandise credit.

        Yes. One needs to register on dyinem.com to shop with us. Creating an account will ease and improve your future buying experience on the site, help track your pending orders and help save your order history.

      2. Is Dyinem available in stores?
        No, not at this point of time.

    2. Purchases:
      1. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
        Once payment for your purchase has been made by you and your order has been placed online, you will receive an email from support@dyinem.com confirming receipt of your order. You would be provided with an order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You will also receive an SMS confirming the same.

      2. Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
        On placing your order on dyinem.com, you will receive an email notification as a payment receipt. A tax invoice will be generated when the product is shipped to you and will be delivered along with the product.

      3. How do I check the current status of my orders?
        Login to your account. Click on orders in your profile and get the complete details of your order including the current status.

      4. Why did I receive only part of my order?
        The reasons why you could have partially received an order are:

        • We shipped out your items in two different shipments. The other one could still be in transit. OR
        • The stock for the remaining item(s) was not available. In this unlikely event, you will receive a call from our customer service representative informing you of the same. In case you are unavailable on your registered phone number, an email notification will be sent to you. You could email or call us on the email ID and phone number provided on our website to get more clarity on your order status. At this point you could choose to purchase another colour or style by placing a fresh order in our website. Your refund will be processed and credited to your account for the non-delivered item.
    3.  Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:
      1. Are returns & exchanges acceptable on Dyinem.com?
        Yes, we accept returns and exchanges, if done within 15 calendar days of receipt or delivery of the product.

      2. Can I cancel my order once placed on dyinem.com?
        You may cancel your order within 48 hours of making payment online. Login to your account on dyinem.com, navigate to your personal dashboard on the website. Under ‘Orders’ click on ‘Refund’.

      3. What happens if my order has been dispatched before the 48hour period?
        If your order has been dispatched within or before the closure of the 48 hours period, a customer service executive will get in touch with you with that information. After which, you can login to your account on dyinem.com, navigate to your personal dashboard under ‘Orders’ and request for a ‘Refund’.

      4. When can I exchange an item on Dyinem?
        In the event you need to exchange your item, you can do so within 15 calendar days of receipt or delivery of the product. Login to your account on dyinem.com, navigate to your personal dashboard on the website. Under ‘Orders’ click on ‘EXCHANGE’.

      5. How does the exchange process work on Dyinem?
        You will be required tofill the Exchange request form, choose an alternate new product in exchange and submit. Your item will be reverse picked up by our logistic partner and exchange will be processed on receipt of the ‘Exchange’ item at the warehouse.
        In the event the new product you have chosen in exchange isof higher value, differences in amount will be charged to you by sending payment link to registered email idonce the “submit” request button on exchange process has been completed. If the product chosen in exchange is of lower value, the differences in amount will be refunded to source account or to dyinem wallet depending on thechoice madeby you while submitting the exchange requestform.

      6. How do I return the product back to Dyinem?
        When you place a refund request or exchange request on your account dashboard, our customer service agent will book a reverse pick up of the package. Ensure your product has all the barcode tags and other tags intact to facilitate smooth service. The logistics partner assigned will connect with you on your registered mobile number and fix a time for pick-up of your package.

      7. If I return an item, how do I get refunded?
        Once the returned product has been received in our warehouse and the product has been verified to be in good condition (not used, damaged), a refund will be processed to the original payment instrument.

      8. How long does the refund take to be credited to my account once effected?
        Typically, a refund will take about 5-7 working days to credit back to your account.

      9. What is the time frame for the entire return pick up process to the refund process?
        Please allow between 10-15 days for the entire process to be completed.

      1. How are orders placed on dyinem.com delivered to me?
        Once an order is placed, it is processed as per your choices and made ready for shipment. Dyinem uses reputed logistics service partners to deliver your order. It is our endeavor to ensure you are serviced through SMS and Emails with real time updates on the status of your delivery.

      2. How can I find out if Dyinem delivers to my PIN Code?
        When you are on the ‘Selected Product’ page of the website, you can type your pincode to check availability of delivery service. In case your pincode is not serviceable, you can rest assured we are working on finding partners that can service your location.

      3. What is the estimated delivery time of my order?
        Based on your location, delivery times vary. Typically, it takes 2-3 days for delivery to all metros & Tier 1 cities. Tier 2 & 3 cities may take between 3 to 5 days for delivery. Some cities in North East India & J&K etc., may take upto 7 days for delivery. This depends entirely on the Logistics Service partners who support us. In the event of any force majeure situations, you may experience additional delays.

      4. Is shipping chargeable?
        Shipping charges are free for all shipments.

      5. Are returns chargeable?
        The first return is not charged. However, subsequent returns on the same Order and product will be charged to your account. Any charges on returns will be at actuals as charged by our logistics partners.
