Cancellation Policy
Conditions of Online Purchase
- You may cancel your order within 48 hours of making payment online.
- Request for cancellation of merchandise purchased can be done online in few easy steps. After logging in to your account, please proceed to the ‘Orders’ tab. Choose the Order ID which contains the product you wish to cancel and once you see all items in that order, select the item you wish to cancel and click ‘REFUND’. You will be required to choose the reason for cancellation and once you fill in these details, click ‘Submit’ and your request would be registered.
- If you wish to cancel an order after the 48 hours period of making payment online, you can do so by logging into your account, navigate to ‘Orders’ and click on ‘Refund’ after selecting the product you wish to cancel. However, if the product is subsequently still delivered to you (this can happen if the product was in transit prior to receiving you request for a cancellation or refund), a customer service agent will be in touch with you and will arrange a reverse pick up through our Logistics Service Partners. A refund will be effected to your credit after the product has been received at our warehouse.
- Once we process your cancellation, you will receive an email notification regarding your merchandise credit.
- Refunds will be made in the form of original payment mode.
