Refund and Exchange Policy

Dyinem accepts ‘Returns’ for a full REFUND, provided the product purchased is unused, unwashed and returned in the same condition as received, within 15days from date of delivery. You may also choose to exchange for an alternate product of your choice.

While we take the utmost care to ensure that our ‘Product’ meets with the fullest satisfaction of our customers, in the unlikely event our product does not meet with your fullest satisfaction, you may return the product for a full refund even though the length of the product has been customized (to your length) as requested.

Conditions of Online Purchase

  1. Product purchased on https://Dyinem.com can be returned within 15 Days of receiving the order.
  2. The returned product should be original, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and in a saleable condition with its original tag and labels intact. The original packing will also need to be preserved. If the product is worn/washed or has the tag/label removed, it will not qualify for return or exchange.
  3. Request for refund /exchange of merchandise purchased must be initiated online within 15days of delivery/receipt of the product in quick easy steps.
  4. For REFUNDS:After logging in to your account, please proceed to the ‘ Orders’ tab. Choose the Order ID and click ‘REFUND’ tab. This will lead you to the order refund request form. Select the product you wish to return by clicking the check box. You can choose the subject of refund, fill in the reason for the return, add images if available and select the refund method
  5. Once you fill in the details, click ‘Submit’ to send your refund request
  6. Our logistics partner will get in touch with you to fix a time for free pick-up of your return.
  7. On receipt of the returned product to our facility in re-saleable condition and the merchandise passes our QC check. Refund will be initiated within 48 hours through normal banking channel or to dyinem wallet depending on the refund method chosen
  8. Once we process your refund, you will receive an email notification regarding your merchandise credit
  9. For refunds processed through normal banking channel, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to reflect in your account due to payment gateway and banking partners involved in the process
  10. For EXCHANGE: After logging in to your account, please proceed to the ‘ Orders’ tab.Choose the Order ID and click “EXCHANGE” tab. This will lead you to the product exchange request form. Select the product you wish to exchange by clicking the check box. Click “CHOOSE PRODUCT” tab to choose an alternate new product in exchange. Once the new exchange product is selected you can verify the same in the product exchange request form. Choose the subject of exchange and fill in the reason for exchange
  11. Once you fill in these details, click ‘Submit’ to send your exchange request
  12. Within 24 hours of submitting the exchange request, a new exchange order ID and a payment link will be sent to your registered email id. The exchange ID noted in the mail may be used for future reference.
  13. If the new exchanged product you choose is of higher value, differences in amount will be charged to you by sending payment link to registered email id.
  14. If the new exchanged product you choose is of lower value, differences in amount will be refunded to source account or to dyinem wallet depending on the mode chosen by you while submitting the exchange request
  15. Your exchange request will be taken in to process only on receipt of the merchandise to our facility in re-saleable condition and passes our QC check
  16. Our logistics partner will get in touch with you to fix a time for pick-up of the product you wish to exchange.
  17. On shipping your new exchange product, you will be notified via SMS and Email of the new product shipping out to you
  18. Exchanged product gets delivered only to the registered shipping address. The user shall be required to contact our customer care number in case of change in shipping address.
  19. No exchanges or refunds are applicable if the return request is done beyond 15days from the date of delivery except in the case of any failure of the product to perform to normal wear and use which will be determined by us on receipt of the product. In cases where there is a lapse of over 15 days and product failures are experienced by you, you may contact customer service with your issue and grievance with the order reference number & contact details.
  20. It is expressly clarified that dyinem.com shall not be required to make any refund or return the product that it deems ineligible for a refund or return based on the quality check. The failed product will be reshipped back to the customer.
